PenSōsu offers multiple shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (domestic), 7-14 business days (international)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (domestic), 3-5 business days (international)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 (domestic only)
Processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method

International Shipping
We ship worldwide with the following considerations:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information which will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your PenSōsu account.
Shipping Restrictions
For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot ship certain items to specific locations. These restrictions will be clearly indicated on product pages.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery (for damaged items)
- Provide photos of damaged items and packaging
- For lost packages, please wait until the estimated delivery period has passed before contacting us
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacements or refunds when applicable.
Address Changes
