At PenSōsu, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process for eligible items.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refunds
  • Digital downloads are non-refundable

Return Process

  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
